The Work

Research that shipped, and the honest state of each system.

The work of Yashveer Labs, described honestly: real client and product builds alongside the open-source packages and CLI tools built along the way — what each one actually is, not the polished pitch of it.

Nexli

Nexli is a school operating system: multi-tenant, bilingual in English and Hindi, built for the specific reality of Indian K-12 schools where one platform needs to serve students, parents, teachers, administrators, and finance staff without any of them stepping on the others' data.

Velmora

Velmora is a skill-based melee PvP game set inside a persistent social hub city, built for Roblox, and the setting underneath it is more deliberate than "generic fantasy world": it's a real fusion I built on purpose, merging Marvel's Asgard with a separate gothic-city concept I'd been developing called Velmora City, into one continuous fictional empire I call the Eternal Imperium.

Dwarka Bricks

Most Indian property portals try to cover the whole country, or at least the whole city, and end up thin everywhere as a result: thousands of listings, half of them stale, none of them verified, a search experience built for volume instead of trust.

Expert Tutorials

This is the site I describe elsewhere as Expert Tutorials, a CBSE commerce coaching center in West Delhi, built around Class 11 and 12 accountancy, business studies, and economics.

Prominence Football Academy

Prominence Football Academy is a real youth football academy in Vikaspuri, West Delhi, founded in 2024, running out of Holy Innocents Public School, with more than two hundred players between five and seventeen years old and AFC and AIFF-licensed coaches actually on staff.

AFGJI

AFGJI is the Air Force Golden Jubilee Institute, a real school in Subroto Park, New Delhi, founded in 1986. It's been running for four decades and its web presence didn't reflect that.

Kaali

Kaali started as a competition entry, the AFGJI Inter-School Design Thinking Competition, website design category, submitted at the end of April 2026, and turned into something I care about more than most competition projects usually deserve.

My Bad, Heaven

" Roblox's chat filter flagged the phrase the moment it started spreading in playtests, which is a genuinely funny way to lose a game's name: not because the title was inappropriate, but because a filter built for a different kind of problem caught a completely innocent phrase in its net.

Veythar

Veythar isn't on my portfolio site yet, and I've been going back and forth on when it should be, because it's simultaneously one of the most technically rigorous things I've built and one of the least finished as an actual shippable product.

Open Source Package

agent-memory

Every LLM app I've built runs into the same wall eventually: the model has no memory beyond whatever fits in the current context window, and once a conversation gets long enough, or a user comes back tomorrow expecting the app to remember them, you need somewhere to actually store what happened.

Open source
Open Source Package

env-guard

Every deploy has the same failure mode. You push, the build goes green, and then the app dies at 2am because `DATABASE_URL` was never set on the new box.

Open source
Open Source Package

kokoro-js

Kokoro is a genuinely good text-to-speech model: small, fast, free, and open enough to run entirely on your own hardware instead of paying per character to a cloud API.

Open source
Open Source Package

node-ipc-bridge

Some of the most useful things I've built exist to solve a problem I created for myself by wanting to use Python and Node in the same project.

Open source
Open Source Package

patch-fetch

Every project I build ends up with the same fetch wrapper eventually. Retry on 500s. Time out after a few seconds so a hung request doesn't hang the whole app.

Open Source Package

port-killer

`EADDRINUSE`. Every developer knows that error by sight before they know what it stands for.

Open source
Open Source Package

tool-registry

The moment you build anything that calls more than one LLM provider, you run into a specific, tedious problem: OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini all support function calling, or "tools," and all three describe a tool in a subtly different JSON shape.

Open source
Open Source Package

tsconfig-base

This one isn't a code package. There's no `src/` folder. No build step. Nothing to compile, because there's nothing written in a language that needs compiling.

vite-plugin-llm

Mock data is one of those chores that never quite justifies its own effort.

Open source
Open Source Package

whisper-node

I wrote the actual complaint that started this one straight into the README, because it's true and I didn't see a reason to soften it: most Whisper Node packages are poorly maintained or require complex setup.

esbuild-plugin-env

esbuild is fast because it doesn't do much for you. That's the whole appeal and also the whole problem. env` and prefix filtering out of the box.

Open source
Open Source Package

llm-stream

Every LLM provider streams responses differently, at the protocol level, in ways that have nothing to do with the model underneath and everything to do with whichever engineering team designed that provider's API.

If you experiment with local models seriously, you end up running more than one local server without meaning to. Ollama for the models it handles best.

next-on-windows

js documentation reads like it was written on a Mac, tested on Linux CI, and only occasionally remembers Windows exists. Which, to be fair, is probably close to true.
