The Person Behind the Studio
Founder of Yashveer Labs, and a self-taught full-stack developer who has been writing production code since he was 13. This page is his — the record of how he works and what he's building toward, separate from the studio he founded.
Biography
Yashveer Singh is currently in Class 12, and has been writing production code since he was 13 — long before Yashveer Labs existed as a name. The studio grew out of a single habit: a 2024 freelance content and SEO engagement that required one live, optimized page every day for four months. A hundred and twenty pages later, the pattern was permanent — cadence, then depth.
From there the work moved from static pages to real systems: dashboards, authentication, role-aware applications, and eventually a full school management platform. He now works remotely, based in India, splitting time between schoolwork and a studio that ships production systems on its own schedule.
Software engineering philosophy
Not a mission statement — the specific habits that show up in every project, from a client site to a weekend package.
01
He doesn't wait to feel ready before building something real. The gaps show up in production, get fixed in production, and stay fixed — a slower start than a tutorial, but a permanent one.
02
Depth over a longer list. A new project doesn't start until the last one is trustworthy enough to leave running unattended.
03
A project in testing gets called a project in testing, in public. It's a slower way to build trust than a polished pitch, and it's the only way that holds up over time.
04
Full-stack development first, machine learning and applied AI next, security discipline underneath all of it — named as a direction in 2025, not promised on a date.
Technical expertise
Some of this is production-tested. Some is explicitly still being built. Both are labeled as what they are.
01
TypeScript, Next.js, React, and Node in production since 2024 — role-aware systems, real authentication, and interfaces built to be used, not demoed.
02
Server Components by default, JavaScript kept to what a page actually needs, and imagery pre-optimized rather than processed on the fly — this site is the working example.
03
Started with 120 hand-optimized pages in four months; now every page he ships carries its own JSON-LD graph, canonical URL, and semantic heading structure by default.
04
Skip links, landmark regions, keyboard support, and prefers-reduced-motion handling built into the page shell from the start, not audited in afterward.
05
Model orchestration, retrieval, and evaluation harnesses, in service of Nyxera — a long-term research mission toward a private, single-owner AI, governed by one principle: containment, not trust. In research. Not shipped.
Experience
Three roles, one throughline — ship the real system, not the demo. The full dated record, including the stack and education, lives on the Resume page.
Leads the studio's full portfolio — client products, open-source packages, and the long-term Nyxera research mission — as the sole engineer on every one of them.
A structured internship that formalized what was already happening: dashboards, admin authentication, role-based access, and production deployment discipline.
120 SEO-optimized pages in four months for a restaurant group, one per day — the engagement that set the cadence everything since has run on.
Open source
Alongside client and studio products, he publishes and maintains open-source packages on GitHub — small, single-purpose tools rather than sprawling frameworks. A selection:
Personal mission
Ideas become research. Research becomes engineering. Products must earn the right to exist.
That line governs everything he builds, including the long arc past web development — machine learning, applied AI engineering, and the security discipline underneath both. Nyxera is where that arc points: a private, contained, single-owner AI, built over years rather than announced in a quarter. He is measured by where the work is going, not by what it's called today.

Yes. Full-stack development, deployment, and system design were all learned by building and shipping real projects, not through a course or a degree.
Yashveer Singh founded and is the sole engineer at Yashveer Labs, the independent research and engineering studio. Every product credited to the studio was built by him directly.
A long-term personal research mission, not a product — a private, single-owner AI, governed by one principle: containment, not trust. It is in research and has never been described as shipped or available.
